Measure for an Upside-down T splashback

Fig 7 shows a typical upside down ‘T’ shape. We recommend leaving expansion gaps as shown in the diagram. While the glass will remain the same size, other surfaces (particularly wooden surfaces) will react to changes in temperature and moisture levels and expand / contract. Please also leave a sufficient gap to cater for the internal radius. We recommend clearance of at least 10mm (8mm gap + 2mm expansion gap) for 6mm glass.
